wanadoo doesn't go up to 2sc5763.

The 2sc5763 is a Sanyo 17MHz 80pF switching transistor in a
TO-220 case, rated at 400V (700V, reverse-biased base) and 7A.
ST's slightly faster BUL48 appears to be a reasonable match.
Both parts are in production. The older 2sc2335 is another
possibility, but it has a lower Vcbo = 500V. The 2335 type
is also available as Fairchild's ksc2335 and NTE's NTE379.
