Comparison or equivalnet types for older components

Hi,

I'm trying to repair an Older NAD 7240PE amplifier, but am having trouble
finding equivalents for some components, mainly diodes and tranasistors

Is there a good place to find equivalents, googling isn't very successful so
far.

If anyone has a reference on hand I can post the parts I'm looking for for
comparison types
