COMPAQ Desk PRO EP/SB Series

hi all,
have this desk pro made by compaq have loaded windows in it but everytime i
go to start it up it come up with this. 17782-Disk controller failure.I can
hit F1 Boot and then it go to wondows do'nt know what's going on because i
can't get to the bios or should i say do'nt know how on this compaq.any help
will be greatly appreciated.
