coaxial test PCB pattern

Hello Group
Has anyone come across a PCB foil pattern which
can accomodate a test probe for a coaxial type connection
In other words something that would eliminate a SMA
type connector for certain boards that fail and need to be probed.
Using some sort of coaxial test probe.
Thanks in advance

We just use a pth for the signal and another nearby for ground, and
use a fast high-impedance (fet or sampling) probe.

How fast is the signal? Must the probe be a 50-ohm cable?

Oh, you can also just do the SMA pattern with tight holes and just
sort of press in a connector temporarily.

Or use a permanent but cheaper surface-mount connector, like the
Hirose things.
