Clok generator

Is there any possibility to gerate a clock with Verilog and Quartus
II. I'm work with Nios Development Board, Cyclone Edition (Altera),
and I don't know how I can utilize the internal clock in this board!

Read the board documentation usually it will be available on one of
the fpga pins once you power the board.
