I have been receiving all kinds of unsolicited emails regarding filters
(digital descramblers) that allow you to watch Pay Per View without having
to pay for the movie. Sounds pretty fishy but I haven't been able to find
any data on the net with contradicts what they are advertising...I see where
there may be a chance your digital cable box from the cable company could
get locked up when using these filters and the data from the Pay Per View
channels is still kept inside the receiver and that a person could end up
paying hundreds of dollars later on. Is it a scam or what? thanks

Not only that, but if you deal with them, you could end up in a
prison cell next to Martha Stewart! (Talk about cruel and unusual
punishment.)

Well, if you never read it, how do you know whether it's spam or not?
Innocence lost.
