Does anybody know anything about a CK900 quad transistor array? It seems to
be a vintage device made by Raytheon. It's in a blue cylindrical package
with 6 leads. I can't find any specs on it or any material that mentions it
exists. I have a few of these, in a semiconductor collection, and would like
further information about them.
I've already tried all the obvious sources such as vintage transistor
enthusiats (mister transistor, etc) on the web, Raytheon, etc. I believe it
may have been used in an early computer or in some early transistorised
military equipment.
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
