Citizen TV/VCR Combo Model JCTV1595

Hi Everybody,

I've got this combo TV/VCR Citizen JCTV1595 Manufactured may 1995. As I plug
the power cord it comes on for 5 sec and turns off by it self after that. By
pressing power button does not do anything. Only by unplugging it and
plugging back to power will come on again for 5 sec.

Does anyone knows what to look for to fix it?

Look at the VCR mechanism and verify that the cassette and tape loading
mechanisms are properly timed, that the center LED and the BOT/EOT sensors
are correctly functioning, and that the mode switch is correctly timed and
functioning.
