Qoute from website:

"CircuitStudio 2004 is a complete front-end engineering system for both
board-level and programmable logic design.
CircuitStudio is built on Altium's new LiveDesign-enabled DXP platform which
also forms the foundation for Altium's entire range of next-generation
design products including Protel and Nexar. This integration allows
engineers using CircuitStudio to work seamlessly with team members using any
other LiveDesign-enabled DXP-based design solution.

CircuitStudio 2004 features highlights include...
Design capture for both PCB and FPGA design
A front-end for both board-level and FPGA-based projects, CircuitStudio
features a complete hierarchical schematic capture environment that supports
both PCB and programmable device design. The schematic environment supports
the integration of VHDL source files to provide mixed-mode capture for
FPGAs. CircuitStudio also includes a full VHDL code editing environment and
functional simulator to support the VHDL design process.

Multi-channel design support
With CircuitStudio you only need to draw a channel schematic once.
CircuitStudio gives you access to a full set of features for managing
multi-channel instantiation. The system maintains the channel information in
the schematic without the need to flatten the hierarchy, allowing you to
update the design or number of channels at any time.

Complete functional and physical design simulation
Spice 3f5 / XSpice mixed-signal simulation and pre-layout signal integrity
analysis are fully integrated into the schematic editor.

Integrated component libraries
Integrated libraries include over 68,000 components, including over 16,000
parts ready for simulation.

Definition of critical PCB data
Define board outline, design rules and component placement for effective
communication between engineering and layout.

Extensive file import and export
Import and export OrcadŽ schematic / library files, DWG, DXF and others for
easy re-use of legacy designs and migration between systems.

Database linking
User-defined links from schematic components to ODBC-compatible company
databases.

Comprehensive documentation
CircuitStudio comes with extensive online help and design resources that
include design articles, tutorials, reference manuals and reference
designs."
