Circuit board manufacturers

Are there any recommendations for printed circuit board manufacturers?
I need to have a small quantity of 3" x 4" boards etched and drilled
for population and am looking for a supplier. Any suggestions are
welcome.

What is a "small quantity" 1, 10 or ???
Prototype or production ?? ( i.e. silk screen or just bare board) ??

I'm not picky about where they come from, but I'll need them here in
the US.
I'm going to etch 3 prototypes myself, once reviewed I hope to need
100 to 250 or so.
I want to end up with a board that has the circuit trails on it, ready
for population. I already have a full size drawing of the circuit
path lay-out.

I have used PCPro before. They do good work. Reasonable prices.
