If you're in North America, ComputerGeeks has a "universal" DC/DC notebook
adapter for$18US. I use one on my Compaq Presario.

The generic answer is a DC/AC inverter to provide AC power to use the standard
notebook charger. $18US at ComputerGeeks

You can also find a similar DC/AC unit at OfficeMax for about the same price.

Kerio adaptor from Dick Smith is awesome and the only unit we have found to
be reliable on current battery technology.
