Dear all,
I would simulate a pixel detector with 10000 pixels. The schematic is
too big (~500 transistors / pixel) to be simulate with Bsim3 models. So
I'd create a view veriloga for the pixel. I use the Hierarchy Editor to
choose the view to simulate for each instance.
I use iteratives instances. For 80 columns of 120 rows, I have an
instance Column_detector<79:0> and inside this instances I'd put an
instance pixel<119:0>.
I can't choose the pixel column x - row y in schematic and the others in
veriloga. I would a solution easy to use, I need to simulate only one
pixel in schematic at first, then a group of 9 pixels... etc.
Please, without solutions, it's 6 months of study for nothing...
Thanks
