CGJ-1 diode cross reference or datasheet

Hi all,

Trying to fix a 3-phase motor controller that has a broken diode in
it. Its from Gerenal Semiconductor (General Instrument) and part no.
is CGJ-1. Anyone has a datasheet on this or know of an equivalent?
