Ceramic ICs: Cermetek CH1268 and CH1263?

The big sort-out continues... :)

I came across a couple of ceramic ICs:

Cermetek CH1268 (24 pin DIP)
Cermetek CH1263 (16 pin DIP, same width as the 24pin part though)

Any ideas what they are for or where they might have been used? I have no
idea where I got them from or when...
