cell area for SPRAM & DPRAM

Hi,

Is there some rough estimate on the difference in area for a single
port RAM & Dual port RAM of same size? I understand that this is may
be library dependent. But any rough idea would do.

How many read ports, how many write?

A rough guess is a factor of two, but it depends on read and write
ports.
