Cathode Ray...

I remember there was a series of articles written in England by an author
named \"Cathode Ray\". They were very interesting and well-written. Do any of
the oldtimers remember these articles, and can they point me to an archive?

Many thanks.

Here is an archive of Wireless World. They should be buried in there:

His real name was Marcus Scroggie and he wrote several great books. A
few years back I binge bought these MG Scroggie books:

-Essays in Electronics; some Further Thoughts
-Essays in Electronics
-Radio and Electronic Laboratory Handbook
-Foundations of Wireless and Electronics
-Principles of Semiconductors

I highly recommend the first three for thought provoking insights.

He also wrote but I haven\'t got this:
-The Electron in Electronics, Modern Scientific Concepts for Electronic
Engineers.

\"Second Thoughts on Radio Theory\" (1955) is also very good.
