capacitance of p-n jucntion

i need some ideas on how to go about measuring the capacitance of a p-n
juction of an off-the-shelf diode. i already have a suitabe DC voltage
source to supply the diode with, a bunch of inductors, and an oscilloscope
to find resonant frequency. thanks

Most diodes have a junction capacitance listed in the datasheet. Look for the value "Cj"
