Cannot see icons in the Virtuoso Schematic editing

Hi,
I cant see all icons in the Cadence virtuoso Schematic editing
window pane. I tried using several options and cant see all the
icons..please help me out ASAP.

Command Interpreter Window -> Options -> User Preferences ...
-> Icon Bar

PS: I'm not a native English speaker, but In my opinion ASAP
in this context is very impolite, specially because this is not
a question of life and death.

As another non-native English speaker I was reacting to this myself,
but didn't want to make my image as a language police stronger than it
is. I would also expect the support guys of a company to feel a bit
intimidated when confronted with such an email request.
