Sorry, no, I mean read mos transistor's resistance value directly, when mos
is working in linear region, for example: apply mos as a switch.

We can calculate mos resistance by:

R=1/[uCox(W/L)(Vgs-Vt)]

but, the real resistance value will change with other parameter, so, we
can't calculate it very accuracy,

if possible, I want to simulate it and get its resistance value directly,
could I?
