can,t get by first base, FM/AM Disc Player SONY

this is a pulled model cdx-c5000x which I only have the owners manual.
I can not even get started with it since the plug with all the wires
are gone, I can,t even find a hot and neutral 12v (well, neutral is
the frame) without hit and miss and maybe fry. Any clues of whether
its a lost cause.

authorized parts dealers to purchase the service manual. This information

I would have to assume it would cost over ten dollars and I don,t

think this unit could be in perfect order. Although I found a bus
conecter with two inputs. I figured the one not ground to body is
postive and got it to eject the cd. I figured out also one ground on
the conector and the rest is for various fucntion from lighting to
standbty power , clock and so on.
