Homework?

Buy a Verilog textboook. The Palnitkar book should have the answers
you seek.

well this is no homework,anybody who has taken a close look at the
palnitkar book would have seen that these topics have not been
dealt,hence please if anyone knows something about these questions
please help,it will go a long way in preparing for my interviews.

I just did a superfical look and Appendix A of the Palnitkar book
handles your question #5.
 
I'm not sure you should be applying for this type of position, if you can't
