Can I skip USR1 & 2 when upgrading from base release to USR3

Can I update directly from a base release to a USR3 release, or do I have to
apply USR1 and USR2 first??

Are you going to Update the installation?
Then yes..
If you are installing a new install, you start with USR3 and use the
base install disks when prompted.. but the EASIEST way is to install
with installscape..
