Hi,

Subject says it all really - can anyone in the UK read a TC571000AD (1Mx8)
chip for me please?

Alternatively, I would like to get the datasheet for it (which I can't find
anywhere).

Again, alternatively, does anyone know of a suitable circuit that would
enable me to read it?

Thanks

Mike

Hiya!

What programmer have you got? It may be able to ready it already, try
using NEC 27C1000, AMD 27C100 ...?

If not, I can read it out for sure with a Data I/O 29B I've got here (UK
- London).

LMK. Yours, Mark.

Its a batronix thingy. I suspect that it'll do 27C010 which seems to be
equivalent...

Thanks for the offer - I'll let you know how it turns out.

Hi!

I didn't think 27c010 is equivalent..... I'm not 100% sure, so someone
feel free to step in, but I think the 010 is JEDEC pinout, not MASK.

It may look like it reads, but the top half of the ROMs data will be the
same as the bottom half if it's not a direct pinout equivalent.

Yours, Mark.
