Fortunately that's not the mask programmed version of the controller - try
Google or some such to turn up one of the 'hard-to-find-bits' sites. There
are a couple out there claiming to have it.

I did a fair bit of googling but the only ones I could find had minimum
order quantities of US$500. :(

Farnell have the SAB80C515 and the 80C537, it may be worth a look.
