CadStar .pcb to .cdi conversion

I need to import a CadStar .pcb reference design from
http://www.chipcon.com/files/CC2420EM_Reference_Design_1_11.zip.

My CAD only speaks CadStar.cdi or Protel.
Can anybody help ?
