Hey, guys! I have two questions:

1) how to convert the cadence technology
file .tf to L-Edit tdb file?
2) how to make an array of opening in one layer in Virtuoso?

For 2) the simplest way is to create a cell that has the "opening in
one layer" and then place an array of this cell in your cell.

Tanner L-Edit may import a .tf file and save it in .db format.
Some features need to be checked manually.
