I want to design with cadence and I want to use the cmos .25um
mosis technology. But I don't know how to find this technology file
and how to install. please help me with the above problem.

Let me guess.
a) You stole the Cadence software.
b) Now you want help on a question from legitimate users of that software.
c) And, that question is one nobody who worked for anyone would even ask.
