Hi all
I followed the step in
http://www.ece.umd.edu/%7Edilli/research/layout/cadencetutorial/printabletutorial/cadencedemo3.html
and
when I try to simulate, they always report the simulation unsucessful.
I tried it twice and it seems to be I do not have mosfet model api06p
in my library, it is so weird, please help me out and I appreciate it.
questions1: where to know the model for your mosfet?
question2: after you set up your library, can you still change the
model of your previous posfet? If can, how to?
question3: how to export the log file into text, I can not copy the
log file in the icfb-log, so I have to copy the following text line by
line, is there a way to copy the totally log file into a text file?
Thanks a lot.
Here is the log,
