Cadence GSCLib 2.0 or GSCLib3.0 Library

Hi guys,
I am looking for Cadence standard cell GSCLib library version 2.0 or
3.0 it used to be on http://crete.cadence.com but it is gone now .. if
you know from where I can get them I will be very thankful ..
