BY509 HV diode source?

I'm looking for a source of BY509 diode or readily available equiv. It's an
11 KV 4 mA item used in the EHT power supply of my BWD 835 CRO. I've tried
the usual suspects and drawn blanks so far, although it does appear in an
old Farnell catalogue.

Thanks,

** When you track one ( or equiv down) please let us know.

I'd like some too.

** WES have the HV05 -12 diode ( 350mA 12KV ) for $3.45.

WES used to have the BY711 diode (4 mA 12 kV) but I cant see it listed

BY509 looks like it's obsolete and a lost cause.

BY8400 series seems to have possibilities, esp. the BY8410 (14 KV, 5 mA).
All I need to do now is find a source...
