Buying supercapacitors in Houston, TX?

Does anyone know where I can buy supercapacitors in Houston, TX or
thereabouts?

I'm especially interested in the Maxwell BCAP0350-E270 T11 - I'd looked into
ordering some a couple years ago but was told that the shipping would be $100
due to "hazmat packaging", so I was wondering whether it'd be cheaper to go
someplace and buy one, of a local store solkd them.

I've treid to use Google to find the info, but I've gotten nothing that's
even remotely useful.

and the HAZMAT fee (ground) is US$25 per box, so I guess whether it's
worth it or not boils down to how many you want and how many will fit
