Hi All,

Is there someone who ever uses the bus analyzer ? like vmetro
PCI/USB bus analyzer, do you think it's really useful ?

Is there someone who uses Verisity eVC or OVA checker library
for buses ? like eVC AHB or OVA PCI checker library. Do you
think it helps lot ?

Yeah. I've found that bus analyzers are REALLY helpful when a host
bridge does something you don't expect and that your design must
handle.

I thought that all hardware engineers use bus analyzers/logic analyzers
when needed - I'd still be trying to get things working that have been
on the market for more than 5 years without them at times. PCI is a
beast because it's a reflective bus - can't use a standard logic
analyzer on it easily (maybe it's just me) - too many stubs.
