Build a device for me?

Hiya all!

I have a device i wish to have made(one to start with and the possibility of
a couple more). It involves a pic16f88 and a few other compents. I am
wondering if anyone can give me a price on making it for me? Including all
components. Also a time frame as to how long it will take would be great.
