Hi all,
Anyone know what a BT35D is? It looks like a transistor (with a metal
case) but I cant be sure what type or what other device it might be.
The device appears to be faulty (if it is a transistor) in which case
I need to know some basic traits (e.g npn/pnp/VCE).

Googling for BT35 doesn't produce any related results.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

With a number like that (BTxxx), it is almost certainly a thyristor.
