Dear all,
There is a specification on FM1808 FRAM chip that "Anytime that the power to
the device (VDD) drops below 4.0V, the power supply must be taken to 0volts
(+/-0.1V) for a minimum of 1us before power is restored to the device. It is
recommended that the VDD pin be actively to ground through a low impedance
path to ensure reliable power-up operation".
Please advise on simple circuitry/components recommendation. Thanks!
