I have this old Supermatch 21" moniter, that went out on me during a
brownout.

When the power finally came back on. The Fan will not spin anymore,
and the lights on the front will stay on for about 1sec then will not
say on (like they are surpose too if no signel is detected). The
green light of the power switch stays on though..

Also, if I turn it off, and then right back on. The lights in front
will not turn on at all. I've already checked the fuses and they are
fine. Not sure where to proceed from there. Been searching for a
schematics for this moniter, and can't find any as well.

Anyone have any idea what to try next?

This is going to be complex for you to find yourself. The manufacture does
not supply schematics or parts to outside service people. A very experienced
tech may be able to fix this by troubleshooting the set. The fault may be
in the power supply, or in the scans or high voltage sections. If the
supply is not working and is not defective, something that failed may be
forcing it to be in the protect mode.

These monitors are complicated to service. You should give it out to a shop
that specializes in computer monitors for an estimate. You may find that
considering the cost of labour, and the parts (if they can be had), may be
too high in relation to replacing the monitor. The cost of CRT type
computer monitors these days is very low.

When servicing a monitor or TV set, there are very serious safety
precautions that must be considered. The voltages and current sources used
in monitors and TV sets can be lethal. If you are not experienced and
trained in this type of service, it is best to give out your monitor to a
qualified service for proper and safe service. Modern electronics are very
complicated to service.

The proper training, tools, and service manuals are usually essential to
locate the cause of many types of failures. Many of the manufactures of
computer type monitors will not sell any service information, or spare parts
to non-authorized service people for their products. If you are not properly
trained and equipped for this type of work, it would be best for you to send
the unit out for a proper estimate, so an intelligent decision can be made.
