Broken MAG Innovision DX15FG Monitor

Hello,

I have a broken MAG Innovision monitor, model DX15FG (15"). When I
plug the monitor in, the left and power LEDs blink on and off. When I
press the pwer button to turn it on, the power LED lights steadily,
but no picture appears. Sometimes, when I turn the monitor on, the
picture appears and immediately and steadily fades out to black. It
disappears completely by the 10 second mark.

I have tried leaving the monitor on to warm it up but nothing happens.
I have read the S.E.R Monitor Repair FAQ.

Any idea on what's wrong?
