brightness fluctuating on screen

Hello, I have a 20" hantarex arcade monitor.
The picture changes brightness (colors stable) every ten minutes or less.
When the picture is really bright, green horizontal (slightly leaning) lines occur.
Any ideas on how to resolve are welcome, thanks.

Roland Hemming:
Check the B+ regulation..... faulty parts such as chip, transistor,
electrolytics, diodes? ?
Also check the screen regulation..... possible suspect would be a low uf @
high v electrolytic such as 10uf @ 250v or similar.
Also might be a bad CRT ? ? ?
