Breadman Repair?

Our bread maker has quit. It tumbles the bread and sometimes raises it, but
does not bake it. I have checked the element and it is not open. Any ideas?

How's the soldering on the relay pins? If it looks ok have you checked to
see if the relay engages? You should hear a click when the element turns on.

There is probably a thermal fuse in series with the element. Check
that as well (though its failure wouldn't likely cause erratic operation).
