boot disk for Philips PM3580 logic analyzer needed

As the title says, i have just got a 2nd hand logic analyzer
but it did not come with the diskette that allows it to work.
There's a sticker mentionning y2k issues as well.

Can someone help me ? Send me the disk's image ?
(the return address is valid)
