Hi

does someone know by any chance a (free) parser/compiler which is able
to produce boolean expressions from Verilog code?

My apologies if I do not understand your question correctly, but
will this not be same as a synthesizer (without mapping to a
tech library)? Try Icarus Verilog that generates a Xilinx netlist
(.xnf) from Verilog input.
