I purchased this product for my sewing machine repair business. I needed the stubby ones for some tight spaces on my machines. I Think that the are a quality product. I am going to have to have the 2mm replaced as the ball end has rounded off already. That is the reason for the 4. I am not sure what could be done besides to make them a little more hardened.
