Bias Transistor

Can someone point me to a good explanation of how, why, etc of biasing a
transistor. I have been reading different books and playing with
CircuitMaker and don't seem to have a grasp of the basics of Class A, B,
etc.

Thanks!

It's covered in even the most half-assed basic electronics books.
You may be better off just reading the first few returns from
google. Start with "bipolar transistor amplifier" (maybe without the
quotes) - sounds like you need a basic theory article and "bias"
might get you too deep too fast.

I'm betting a few of Ian Purdie's articles will help, so maybe add
his name to the search terms.

Oh, the library... The ARRL Handbooks live there and if they cover
the very basics of transistors, they'll probably be your best
resource.
