BFS17 going away...

NXP has discontinued the BFS17, which is no big surprise, but now I find
Infineon is listing them as NRND. That leaves only Diodes still
actively producing them.

I just designed a couple into the Colpitts oscillator of my latest
delay generator. I should buy a lot.

Fortunately, I have base resistors so I guess I could use some newer
hot part. There still are some.

The BFS17 is a nice middle-speed transistor, although the Ft specs
seem to have crept up in the last few years.
