Seriously. If you are going to rape Myth Busters (again), at least show us
something new we haven't seen two months ago on SBS, and 4 months ago on
cable. Surely they bench test these shows before they are released!!! What
went wrong!!

** It is a quite different to "Mythbusters" and now shown a major
commercial channel - so a whole new audience is seeing it.

** Nothing - this sort of "gee whiz" popular science beat up is what its
makers "Beyond Productions" ( an Aussie company) started out doing 10 or
more years ago with "Beyond 2000".

They are just reverting to form and giving the TV channels exactly what
their asinine executives want.

**Indeed. For a PROPER science show, just watch Catalyst on ABC. The viewer
may even learn something.

As for that car that could fold up well it's all gimmicky
really IMHO Totally stupid impractical products.....

Mind you I wouldn't mind owning a Segway. Anyone

Yes, but at $7349 for the basic model up to just under $10k for the GT (way
kewl on the golf course) these aren't cheap.

For a bit more you could get a new small car!

**Yeah, just what we all need. Something so we don't have to walk around, so
we can all get fatter. I saw a couple of wankers on Segways at last week's
Sydney CeBIT. Dumbarses.

So you didn't watch it then?

They actually replayed the mythbusters bit where they were testing mobile
phones next to petrol fumes. I puked all over the floor and cringed when
they referred to the mythbusters as "The Beyond Tomorrow Mythbusters team".
It was absolute horse trollop. Shame on Beyond productions for just buying
the segments and splicing them into their own crappy program. Shame even
more on Beyond productions for not even having a decent intro song to their
good for nothing low budget show. Beyond 2000 was so much better.

BTW I should watch some old episodes of beyond 2000 and have a laugh one
day. It would be quite interesting to see what made it and what didn't.

So you didn't watch it then?

** Remedial reading classes are available - a various TAFEs.

A new audience does not preclude the former one.

** Listen fuckhead - "Beyond Productions " IS the company the MAKES
"Mythbusters " in the USA.

This fact has been posted here previously, more than once.

Getting a bit touchy are we dear when someone snips your drivel Phil?
Seems to be perfectly okay when you do it. Typical double standards /
bi-polar disorder symptoms you seem to be displaying lately.
Stopped taking your medications or are you just coming out of that full moon
fever?

It's hardly rape when the consenting adults involved agree to perform the
service in question in exchange for a monetary benefit.

** The 49 year old arse bandit & criminal public menace known as "Alan
Kendall Rutlidge" resides at:

15 Ruth Street Northbridge, Perth, WA.

His home and business phone number is (08) 9227 5190

Formally a long time employee of Telstra, "Alan the terminally Desperate"
nowadays eeks out a meagre living by licking the arses (quite literally)
of the scumbags that run Telstra's internal staff training - so he can
crawl back inside their doors to do what he once did as a paid staffer.

God knows what he gets up to on his many unexplained trips to Phuket.
<<< snipped the Phil drivel, and yes I can because it's my reply :p >>>

........ Phil .......... puke .......

Okay Phil, you reckon you have all the facts.

1) How much business does my company do with Telstra? A dollar figure
would be a good start.

2) If Telstra's internal staff training is run by "scumbags", how about
you naming any of them so we all know who some these so called "scumbags"
are?

3) Got an approximate dollar figure on my income that justifies your
comment about me "eeking out a meagre living"?

4) When have I supposed to have taken all these numerous trips to Phuket?

Here is your golden opportunity to show the world just how truthful and
knowledgeable you really are.

I'm sure the whole of Usenet is just waiting for your response.

Cheers,
Alan
