I have this beamer Ez Pro 735, a nice Light Weight Low Noise Device with a
very bright picture...until recently....
I no longer can access its MENUE to select a SOURCE..if I connect my LapTop
the thing throws the light on the screen but NO VIDEO, just a nicely
illuminated screen with no LOGO or other information, Plain White Blank
only..
Before I go through the costly process of buying a new BULB...someone out
there having any idea what could be wrong with this beamer ?

Well It's clearly not the bulb thats failed as you report a "nicely
illuminated screen" so the problem is in the video section or the LCD unit
or the Power supply to either. I think it's time to take it down to the
repair shop, but don't waste money on a bulb as a good tech might be able to
fix it for less.

Pete

Projectors typically have many sub-boards, sometimes stacked 2-3 deep. Try
taking it apart (carefully, and don't mess with the optical section) and
reseating all the connections. That might work.

If the lamp is lighting, then dont replace it duh. Check the case and the
buttons that contact the board. If you are unable to get any image through
any input then further troubleshooting is required.
