Hi,
For replacement of BD609 and BD610(motorola),the compatible pair
are BD909 and BD910(ST Micro).Well, after 1 month of waiting, i
finally got BD909 and BD912.
1.Will it work?
2.If it works,is there any harm in the long term?(I have the option of
returning them )
The transistors are output transistors(2 pairs) for my Tandberg TR
2025 MB amp :about +/-35v DC(2 speakers,8 ohms,35watts)
Thanks

It will work without any problems.

Hi,
Anybody?Collector-Base Voltage is 80 for BD910(for 912-100v) and
Collector-Emitter voltage is 80v for BD910( for 912-100v).Rest values
are sort of same.
