SVB did not in fact collapse, they have tons of money. The incident was a result of investment firms irresponsibly looking for transaction fees with a total disregard for what they were making happen. Few to none banks anywhere could withstand an artificial run like that. The deposits are totally safe and accessible whether they exceed the FDIC limit or not.
