I compile my gate level netlists in modelsim using the nondebug switch. I
then want to back annotate the same netlists with sdf files. When I try to
do so (from the gui) Model sim returns errors indicating that it cannot
find pins on any of the gates used in the design. If re-compile the netlists
w/o the nodebug switch I can back annotate w/o a problem. Am I missing
something here or is it just not possible to back annotate encrypted designs
in modelsim ?
