BA1404 transmitter - balun question

See partial schematic of a kit available in Aus/NZ for a
low-power stereo fm transmitter, in
alt.binaries.schematics.electronics

I can't understand why both ends of winding 4 on the balun core are
taken to ground.

Can someone please throw some light on this.
